A 2% cash discount is allowed if the invoice is paid by the 10th of the month following the date of shipment, the net is due on the 25th. A service charge of 1-1/2% per month for all past due invoices. (18% per annum.)

Specials or non-stock items are non-returnable. No material shall be returned without approval from our office. Materials must be in good saleable condition, and is subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Any claims for damaged material must be made within 3 days of delivery.

We guarantee any item manufactured by us. Our liability is limited to the replacement of the defective materials, and shall not include any charge for labor, materials, etc., without prior approval in writing.

The buyer must assume the responsibility of the acceptance of our material at the ordinance level, as codes and specifications can vary in different localities.
